Glass Elevator

This start-up team of two needed comprehensive support building their business plan and launch strategy from the ground up. Over a series of workshops I built the fundamentals of their core offer, positioning and brand identity. 

 

I provided comprehensive market research to  help them pinpoint a niche of services and a unique organizational consulting methodology, pricing strategy, and ideal client personas. My support also included arriving at their business name — Glass Elevator — which stood as a metaphor for breakthrough thinking during times of significant organizational change or succession. Further, I branded their core service package, built a brand messaging framework, and designed their logo and brand identity.
